Tender Notice for Hiring of Vehicles on Contract Basis
The Environment Forest and Climate Change Commission, New Delhi, invites quotations from eligible vehicle owners and fleet operators for hiring vehicles on a contract basis for official use for a period of two years, in accordance with the prescribed terms and conditions.

CONSTITUTIONAL BASIS
Our Commission supports the environmental principles of the Constitution of India:
Illegal tree cutting
Unauthorized cutting of trees causes loss of forest cover, harms wildlife habitats, and disturbs the natural balance of the environment.
River, air, or land pollution
Pollution from factories, vehicles, waste, and chemicals contaminates our water, air, and soil—putting public health and nature at serious risk.
Wildlife Harm
Activities that injure, threaten, or disturb animals destroy biodiversity and disrupt vital ecosystems that support life on Earth.
Hazardous Waste Dumping
Improper disposal of chemicals, industrial waste, and toxic materials pollutes the environment and creates long-lasting danger for people and nature.
